You will be a key contact for customers, drivers, and the operations team, ensuring freight movements are accurately recorded and documentation is maintained. Key Responsibilities
* Process and confirm customer delivery and collection bookings
* Prepare daily delivery manifests and operational documentation
* Maintain accurate records in freight management systems
* Collect, check, and reconcile driver paperwork
* Support pallet reconciliation and operational reporting
* Assist operations team with general administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
* Previous admin experience in transport, logistics, or high‐volume operations
* Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills with customers, drivers, and internal teams
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* Proficient with operational systems and Microsoft Office
