* Link and integrate brand campaigns, media activity, promotions, PR, loyalty programs, e‑commerce, and personalisation initiatives into a cohesive orchestration framework
* Ensure the planning approach is data‑led, using insights and performance learnings to inform prioritisation, timing, and channel mix
* Partner with the Merchandise team to deliver a unified view of program effectiveness, including recommendations for optimisation and adaptation
* Partner with analytics teams to deliver dashboards and insights that translate marketing performance into clear, actionable outcomes for decision‑making across the business
* Partner with merchandise, loyalty, and data teams to ensure marketing plans are customer‑informed and drive personalised engagement
* Lead and develop a small team
About you
* Extensive experience in marketing planning, strategy, commercial, or data‑driven roles within large, complex organisations (retail highly desirable). Media agency experience with retail client exposure also considered
* Ability to use data and insights to design cross‑channel marketing plans in conjunction with wider business teams (media, marketing, e‑commerce, loyalty, merchandise)
* Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with experience aligning cross‑functional teams around unified plans
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to understand and interrogate business performance metrics

* Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team‑member exclusive discounts
* Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave – arrange work around your life, not life around work
* A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for success
* Career growth and succession opportunities across the business
