Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, installation) to ensure compliance with scope of work and seamless project delivery Prepare and present customised solar proposals, including system design, savings analysis, and ROI projections Highly organised, personable with advanced Communication skills and relationship development with existing customers Can-do approach and solution focused Finalise proposals and send them to clients for approval Strong follow up and ensuring no opportunities are left unanswered Seek sales and business opportunities for Harvey Norman Commercial Division Solar. Communicating potential leads to other divisions within Harvey Norman Commercial. Establish and build relationships with key business targets and commercial customers. Provide a weekly update of business activities to Management Support existing Solar customers by placing service calls Ability to conduct site inspections independently Assist customers and other HNC staff with product information & technical advice Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to assess client energy usage and suitability for solar solutions Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems Stay informed on solar products, government incentives, rebates, and industry trends Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Be involved with supplier & HNC training Requirements Min, 2-year experience in a similar role White Card Car and driver license The ability to work in a Team environment Advanced Communication skills – both written and verbal The ability to work in a busy team environment Intermediate computer skills Self-driven Personal and professional presentation
