Responsibilities
* Source quotes for flights, accommodation, transport, venues, and ancillary program elements efficiently and accurately.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
* Prepare RFPs and quotations, including research and compelling content.
* Develop tailored proposals and detailed budgets that align with client needs and project goals to deliver on a profit we are proud of.
* Drive supplier engagement through strategic negotiation, collaborative partnerships, and innovative sourcing to maximize value and identify cost‐saving or revenue‐enhancing opportunities.
* Manage multiple RFPs and quotes simultaneously, ensuring efficient delivery and adherence to internal and client deadlines.
Qualifications
* Background in corporate travel, meetings, incentives, conferences, or events.
* Experience in flight quote sourcing.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with teams.
* Strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and financial accountability.
* Strong knowledge of travel systems, airline group processes, and supplier negotiation.
* Time management ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment.
* Sound knowledge of procurement, product and market trends and negotiating skills.
* Familiarity with travel technology platforms (GDS, group booking tools, CRM systems).
* Highly proficient in MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint.
