**About the Company**
Our client is one of Australia's leading property and residential development companies. With their head office in Melbourne, they are an award-winning group with approximately 80 employees. They sit in a newly renovated open-plan office where they endorse a collaborative and social culture.
**About the Role**
The Receptionist is responsible for running the front of house operations and providing administrative support to the business. This is an **office-based** role working** Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm,.** A full handover period from the current Receptionist will be provided.
**Duties**
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, some of your duties will include:
- Answer and redirect incoming calls & answering general inbox enquiries ;
- Meet & greet incoming visitors and meeting room coordination;
- Manage storage room & stock levels (stationary, kitchen supplies, general office supplies) and order as required;
- Assist with organising social events and regular business updates;
- Construction, Financial and Sales Administration - including preparing handover packs, credit card reconciliations and prepare sales packages (40% of role is administration)
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience within a Customer Service/Reception based role - **1 year minimum**:
- Previous experience within Administration/database management
- The ability to demonstrate initiative in your work and the willingness to help the team
- Have a friendly and positive demeanor
