Seeking nanny/au in Curtin, ACT to start ASAP.
Moved recently from the US to Canberra to work as a general medicine specialist at Canberra Hospital and hoping to find a full-time nanny or au pair (to begin ASAP, since prior grananny, who had been with us since my daughter was 3 months old, had to return to the US for at least a few years to take care of her family there). Considering local candidates or candidates from the US, and you can get a visa in minutes and I would pay your airfare, of course. This could be a nice position for someone whose own children are grown up or for someone studying remotely or taking time off from school or other activities.
For two happy, kind, well-adjusted, active (soccer, art, piano, horseback riding), intelligent children ages 6 and 11, who are attending Primary School
Seeking female provider who will (ideally, for convenience) live with us (own room) with free room, meals, and accompanying us on vacation trips (if she wants) at no cost to her
Needs are to feed and get kids ready for school, make their lunches, occasionally pick up from school (they usually ride their bikes), drive them to their activities, play games with them for a little bit, cook meals and clean dishes, shop, do laundry and light duties will free me up to read to and play with/spend time with kids (and I will be taking them to activities when I am not working, but my work schedule varies day to day and week to week), but you will have lots of free time during the day and get days off as well. Sydney is about 3 and ½ hours away.
Ideally someone who wants to become an integral member of a really nice and fun family (note, I am a much older than average single father, sole parent, happy story)….job could last for longer than 3 months if all goes well
Must have a few references, police background check (I will cover cost), know CPR (I can teach you if necessary), good driving record, and if local, their own car (I pay for your fuel)
