With the growth and development of our teams and business we are now looking to create a dedicated and passionate Gaming Manager to join the team.
About the Role:
As Gaming Manager, you'll be a key player in the daily operations of our venue with a strong focus on delivering standout customer service and fostering a positive, driven team culture.
You'll be responsible for overseeing our Gaming Room operations, including:
* Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Leading and training team members to be their best
* Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations
* Managing gaming machines and promotional activity
* Supporting the venue's management team in achieving performance goals

Ideally, you'll also have:
* Experience in a similar role (bonus points)
* Current RSA & RSG certifications (or a willingness to obtain)
