* Develop and present Salesforce solution prototypes and technical designs
This is an opportunity to support high-impact digital transformation within the Commonwealth government as an experienced Salesforce Solution Lead. Our client is responsible for Australia's foreign affairs and trade relationships, connecting Australia with the world through diplomatic missions, trade promotion, and international engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the technical Salesforce delivery team to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
* Review developers' implementations, champion best practice and out-of-the-box solutions, recommend improvements.
* Ensure project delivery meets the requirements for authorised technology within the Federal Government space including Cyber Security Information Security Manual controls and records management requirements to meet the Archives act.
* Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent system development projects from design through to release.
* Define project-level delivery activities and milestones within an agile environment.
* Manage Salesforce releases through the CI/CD Pipeline using DFAT's Azure DevOps tooling.
* Ensure quality of production environments by collaborating with other Solution Leads on common components release windows and enforcing unit tests and code quality checks.
* Manage Salesforce development environments including but not limited to test data seeding and refreshes.
Key Experience and Skills
* Deep technical expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura and front-end technologies (JavaScript HTML/CSS).
* Strong proficiency in declarative configurations such as Flows Permission Sets and Security Models.
* Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Service Cloud ideally within the Public Sector Cloud including case management and omni-channel routing.
* Strong capability in Salesforce solution design including preparing technical documentation solution diagrams and alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks.
* Demonstrated experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors in development configuration and deployment.
* Demonstrated experience in managing releases through Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipeline.
This is a critical role that will contribute to the success of our client's digital transformation initiatives. As a Salesforce Solution Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing all Salesforce-related project and sustainment releases through the departments Azure DevOps pipelines.
