About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Sales, this role is responsible for the strategic leadership, commercial growth and operational performance of a major national retail account.

You will own the end-to-end commercial relationship across devices, accessories, wearables, audio and emerging product categories, ensuring alignment between customer strategy and Likewize objectives while delivering profitable growth.

This is a high-impact role suited to a senior account management professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced retail and technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and execute the Joint Business Plan with a major national retail partner
* Deliver revenue, margin and growth targets across multiple product categories
* Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships
* Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, ranging and promotions
* Drive forecasting accuracy, inventory optimisation and operational performance
* Coordinate cross-functional support across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT and Product teams
* Lead governance forums and performance reviews with senior stakeholders
* Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve commercial outcomes
* Monitor KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations to ensure service excellence

About You

You are a strategic and commercially astute account leader with strong stakeholder management capability and a proven ability to manage large enterprise relationships.

You will ideally bring:

* 7-10+ years' experience in enterprise or national account management
* Experience managing Tier 1 retail or telecommunications accounts
* Strong commercial acumen including forecasting, margin and inventory management
* Advanced negotiation and executive stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint skills
* Experience within telecommunications, consumer electronics or retail environments will be highly regarded
