Your passion for Agribusiness and your understanding of how regional businesses operate will help your customers grow with confidence – today and over the long term. You'll bring your experience; we'll back you with the right tools, products, and support. You'll be supported by a skilled analyst team and smart, integrated systems that take the pressure off – so you can spend more time where it matters most: with your clients.

Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team is deeply connected to the communities we serve. We care about helping Australian businesses thrive and strengthening the regions that keep the country moving. As an Agribusiness Executive, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients across Young and surrounding areas, working with customers across a range of Agribusiness specialisations to support their full banking needs. We know work isn't one-size-fits-all. That's why we offer flexibility – splitting time between the office, out with clients and working remotely – so you can balance your work, your customers, and your life.

What you'll be doing day‐to‐day
* Building long‐term, trusted relationships and really getting to know each client's business
* Looking after your existing portfolio while spotting opportunities to support clients as they grow
* Working closely with product specialists to deliver the right solutions, not cookie‐cutter answers
* Leading deals end‐to‐end, including structuring and negotiation, while proactively managing risk
