Duties and Responsibilities This role combines operational management with leadership and service excellence. You’ll ensure the concession runs smoothly, your team performs at its best, and every customer enjoys a premium experience.
Manage daily operations of the concession within Myer Chadstone
Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to maximise their potential
Deliver sales results and support the achievement of KPI targets
Oversee merchandising, visual presentation, and brand consistency
Collaborate with broader brand teams to execute marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate administration, reporting, and stock management processes
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture with strong communication

You’ll Bring
Previous experience in retail or concession management, ideally within fashion

Familiarity with visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
