Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of bakery staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. They will work closely with management to drive business growth and implement effective strategies to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate a team of bakery staff to deliver high-quality products and services
* Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize sales
* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of fresh food retail, including merchandising, display, and product presentation
* Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:
