About The Role
As the Training Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of an integrated training strategy in our operational areas across Winery, Bottling and Hospitality sites within Pinnacle Drinks. You will collaboratively develop and maintain a range of tools including Training Needs Analyses (TNA's), training matrices, training plans, and supporting training and learning management systems. Drawing on your expertise, you'll deliver policies, procedures and frameworks for Pinnacle Drinks operations while supporting and promoting broader Endeavour Group learning and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver an integrated Training strategy to meet the needs of our Operational areas.
* Chair the Training Steering Committee.
* Collaborate across the group to align training programs with operational needs.
* Develop and embed training tools consistently across all businesses.
* Ensure training compliance for safety, quality, sustainability and environmental accreditations.
* Build robust reporting frameworks to monitor compliance, providing dashboards to leadership on accreditation status and risk areas.
* Maintain current training content and methods.
* Own and manage a Training record keeping system.
* Design and deliver end‐to‐end L&D initiatives in conjunction with the Endeavour Group Learning & Development team.
* Promote and increase uptake of Endeavour Group training programs.
* Identify opportunities to migrate workshop‐based content to blended and e‐learning modules.
* Evaluate organisational performance to ensure training meets business needs and improves performance.
* Provide leadership, guidance and assistance to Managers when assessing training requirements.
* Stay informed on training trends, developments and best practices.
* Build strong, engaging relationships with the team.
* Escalate non‐compliance matters proactively with relevant managers.
* Drive continuous improvement to support training delivery.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Training Manager or L&D role within a manufacturing or similar operational environment; beverage manufacturing experience highly regarded.
* Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
* Strong experience in developing TNA's, training matrices and plans.
* Strong written communication skills and the ability to confidently communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
* Proficiency in database software or Learning Management systems.
* Minimum Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
