Service Technician - Graphics Communications

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing complex installation and service work, advising on technical aspects of equipment use and maintenance. If you have a passion for making helping make peoples lives better, than this is the job for you!
What you will do
* Install and Service Equipment: Provide remote and onsite technical support, including installation, repair, maintenance & troubleshooting of complex electro/mechanical issues.
* Technical Support & Organisational Expertise: Attend customer sites to assess equipment efficiency, condition & environment, and identify/resolve instances of non-performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships through consistency, reliability & understanding their needs.
* Admin/paperwork: Maintain detailed & accurate service reports, manage spare parts holdings & usage, and complete site surveys/installation reports.
What we are looking for
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in prepress, electronics or IT
* Applicable printing/graphics industry experience
* Electronic/technical problem-solving experience (desirable)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
