Jacon and Comet Equipment, a business unit of the Maas Group MGH(ASX), are currently seeking an organized and motivated person to join our facilities based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Newcastle with the flexibility to travel within Australia when required.
This exciting role is in a growing business whose focus on the customer lays at the centre. We are growing and desire a member who will grow as the business does.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Documenting and verifying returned assets
- Maintain hire fleet service records and assist with scheduled servicing
- Coordinate the delivery and return of hire equipment
- Be able to read and interpret Contracts/Agreements
- Update spreadsheets used to control the location of equipment
- Open and maintain Hire Jobs in ERP System
- Communicate with hire clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Facilitate post-scale customer & parts support queries
- Provide overflow support if required
- General Administration and Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Travel within Australia required
**Knowledge and experience required**:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word and Excel) and other software packages relevant to the position.
- Computer Literacy Skills (essential)
- ERP Experience (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work under tight time constraints
- Display eagerness and willingness to learn
- Possess initiative and drives continuous improvements
