Factory Worker / Steel Fixer / Concrete Batching Operator
We're a family-operated precast concrete company based in Hastings (3915), Mornington Peninsula, specialising in water tanks, stormwater pits, and a wide range of rural and landscaping products .
We're looking for someone eager to learn all aspects of the precast concrete industry, including steel fixing, working with moulds, and batching concrete using our onsite batching plant .
About the Role
* Working with steel precast moulds
* Steel fixing and reinforcement work
* Batching and pouring concrete
* Assisting across various areas of production
Requirements
* Able to work well in a team environment
* Reliable transport to and from work
* Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills
* Physically fit and capable of manual labour
* Positive attitude and pride in your work
