About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer / Law Graduate / 1-2 Year PAE Solicitor to join our growing team at Harding Property Law in Cairns, Queensland. This full-time role will see you working alongside our experienced legal professionals, providing high-quality conveyancing services to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
* Handling conveyancing transactions, including contract preparation, settlement and post-settlement processes
* Conducting property searches and due diligence
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process
* Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations, and incorporating them into your work
* Drafting and reviewing documents such as Contracts, Leases and Transfers as required
* Supporting the broader legal team with additional tasks and projects as needed
What we're looking for
* Law Student/ Graduate
* Conveyancer
* Solicitor with 1-2 years of post-admission experience
* Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing processes, and related regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and other stakeholders
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Commitment to providing exceptional client service and delivering high-quality work
