Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service at various locations, including the Visitor Information Centre and Katherine Public Library.
* Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure high-quality customer experience is maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Local Government, excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and a valid NT Drivers license.
* Operate relevant software systems efficiently
* Manage stock and inventory effectively, ensuring a clean and organized workspace
* Communicate professionally with stakeholders, operators, and members of the public
* Process financial transactions accurately as required
