The Opportunity
The Boilermaker/Welder is required to conduct fabrication and welding duties in the maritime industry, in full and to standard, while striving for continuous improvement. The Boilermaker/Welder is responsible for keeping themselves and their colleagues safe as well as maintaining a clean, tidy and productive work environment.

Conduct fabrication and welding/boilermaker duties as directed.
Understand and accept the assigned task.
Ownership and respect for tools and equipment.
Completing assigned tasks in full and to the required standard.
During periods of reduced trade specific works, assist in other trade-based sectors of the business as reasonably directed.
Understanding, accepting, and delivering the quality standards
You'll need
Previous experience in Boilermaking/Welding in heavy industry.
Able to attain welding qualifications to Survey Body level standard.
Capable of performing work in a safe and acceptable manner.
Demonstrate adequate theoretical knowledge.
Ability to use standard tools and equipment related to the trade.
Possess good time management skills and ability to meet set targets.
Construction White Card
First Aid, EWP and Forklift Certification
Previous experience in Boilermaking/Welding in the Marine Repair industry
