Are you an experienced and reliable driver looking for variety in your day‐to‐day work? Team Global Express is seeking a dedicated Floater Driver to support our Retail Service Centre operations, delivering and collecting freight across a variety of shopping centres throughout Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and collect freight safely and efficiently across various shopping centres and retail locations throughout Melbourne
* Load, unload, secure, and transport freight in accordance with company and legislative requirements
* Provide exceptional customer service while representing Team Global Express professionally
* Complete manifests, consignment documentation, and Proof of Delivery requirements accurately
* Operate handheld scanning devices to track and manage freight movements
* Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), load restraint, and safety procedures at all times
* Support different delivery runs and locations as required, providing operational flexibility across the network
What We're Looking For
* Current HR Driver's Licence (Manual preferred)
* Previous experience in multi‐drop deliveries and shopping centre environments
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading freight safely
* Sound understanding of load restraint and transport safety requirements
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing delivery schedules and locations
* Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
