The Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery and support of ICT services across PROTECTED and OFFICIAL environments. This role is pivotal in managing commercial and private cloud solutions, ensuring service delivery meets organisational objectives and user needs.
* Contract : 12 months, with 2x possible 12‑month extensions
* Location : ACT, QLD, VIC
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end‑to‑end service delivery for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring agreed service levels, security requirements, and quality standards are met.
* Develop and implement continual improvement plans to align with changing business needs.
* Monitor service performance, collect and report data, and drive process improvements.
* Diagnose service delivery issues and implement corrective actions to maintain or improve service levels.
* Provide operational direction and guidance to service providers, ensuring quality and performance against agreed criteria.
* Maintain Service Catalogue, OLAs, and SLAs as required.
* Engage stakeholders through effective communication strategies and ensure technical and business information is captured and disseminated.
* Ensure compliance with internal security and technology standards.
* Adhere to organisational ICT change management processes; develop and monitor change implementation plans.
* Manage incidents from identification to recovery, reporting progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
* Lead the development and testing of business continuity plans and procedures.
What You'll Need
* Proven experience in service delivery management within complex ICT environments.
* Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management frameworks.
* Experience managing cloud‑based services (commercial and private) and associated governance.
* Ability to monitor, analyse, and report on service performance metrics.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
* Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements for PROTECTED and OFFICIAL environments.

Security Clearance Requirement
Due to the nature of this role, applicants must be Australian Citizens with an NV1 security clearance or above.
