Bunbury Regional Hospital is expanding its Mental Health inpatient services and is seeking Consultant Psychiatrists to join the new Mental Health Observation Area (MHOA).
This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role within an evolving regional mental health service and contribute to one of Western Australia's largest hospital redevelopment projects.
The Role
As a Consultant Psychiatrist within the MHOA, you will:
* Provide senior clinical leadership in acute and inpatient mental health care
* Deliver trauma‐informed, person‐centred and culturally safe care
* Lead and support multidisciplinary teams, including supervision of junior doctors
* Contribute to service development and innovative models of care
* Participate in quality improvement, education and clinical governance activities
