Master SchedulerInitial 12 months contractLocation – CanberraHybrid work arrangementDFP Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Master Scheduler on behalf of our client. This role is critical to managing and optimising scheduling processes across multiple projects, ensuring efficiency, alignment, and timely delivery in a dynamic environment.Primary purpose of the roleDevelop and maintain a master Program schedule that aligns with organisational priorities and resource availability.Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate planning and execution of project timelines.Utilise scheduling software to track project progress.Implement best practices in scheduling methodology to enhance productivity and efficiency.Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, communicating changes to stakeholders effectively.Provide insights and recommendations for improving project workflows and timelines.SkillsKnowledge of program management processes and procedures, particularly the ability to run and administer third-party application systems designed to support the PMO.Proven abilities and experience in developing detailed, complex program schedules, and delivering training and processes to support the use of established schedules.Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).Practical experience working with technical teams delivering digital systems and reporting to senior stakeholders.How to ApplyIf this role interests you, please submit an updated copy of your resume in MS Word format by clicking 'APPLY NOW' or contact Deepika at dbhasin@dfp.com.au or call 0292003673.Applicants new to DFP may be asked to provide additional information, including work rights status, via a survey link.
