Job Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functionality, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards. Leading a team of passionate staff, you’ll foster a positive and productive workplace while driving store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including sales, inventory control, and profit and loss management.
- Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and build lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and safety standards.
- Drive initiatives to support the local community.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills.
- Financial expertise, including managing profit and loss statements.
- Proficiency in inventory control and reporting systems.
- Experience managing fresh produce is highly regarded.
- Full Australian Working Rights - Unrestricted
