We are proud to have an on-site cook delivering nutritious, delicious meals that fuel children's busy days. Our dedicated team includes three passionate Early Childhood Teachers and a group of professional educators who foster curiosity, growth, and joyful learning. About the Role


We are seeking an inspiring and motivated Centre Director who is passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will be a reflective, ambitious leader with a strong commitment to child safety, educational excellence, and team development. You will be supported by a robust leadership and administration team, dedicated educational mentors, and a wide range of organisational resources.


What You'll Need



• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQF

• Proven experience overseeing the day-to-day operations of an early childhood service

• Current WWVP Check (or willingness to obtain)

• First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Deep understanding of Child Protection requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
