**Role mission**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Design of specifications for customer data extracts and reports
- Design of specifications for customer API change requests
- Knowledge gathering with customers to support Single Sign-on requests ensuring a smooth transition
- Detailed analysis ensuring no customer data leakage and consistency in output adhering to customer data standards
- Support investigation of Single Sign-on and API related queries
- Support investigation of data extract/report related queries
- Ensure unrivalled customer service and retention, by exceeding expectations and proactively managing any API, Single Sign-on & data extract/report related issues
- Able to demonstrate the API on request
- Communications with other CUBE teams to ensure any customer requests are delivered on time
**What **we're looking for**:
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a financial services organisation and / or leading RegTech / FinTech company
- Experience with Postman
- An understanding of how Single Sign-on works
- Previous exposure with API solutions
- Experience with SoapUI
- Experience working with Excel & Word
- Experience with Atlassian suite
- Prior experience working in consulting firms and /or technology vendors within financial services would be a distinct advantage

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong collaboration across a wide spectrum of colleagues, including internationally. A proven track record of working with offshore teams would be a major benefit
- High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions and ability to work under pressure
- A demonstrable commitment to diversity and inclusiveness
- Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Nice to have:
- Coding experience (SQL, Python, Javascript, Shell Commands) is not required but will help to investigate and problem solve.
