Educator (Full-Time)
Busy Bees is a leading global early learning provider with over 130 centres across Australia. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator on a full-time basis to support high‐quality education and care at our centre located at [ADDRESS].
Responsibilities
* Support and implement engaging play‐based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Assist in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
* Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
* Contribute to maintaining high standards as outlined by the National Quality Standards (NQS).
Qualifications
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
* Valid Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP) – Working with Children Check for the relevant state (QLD, VIC, NSW, SA, WA).
* Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
