We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our clients team. You'll be the face of our branch building strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service, and helping drive sales opportunities through your enthusiasm and attention to detail.
This role is essential in ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality, safety, and reliability. You'll work closely with internal teams including production, transport, sales, and credit to make sure our customers receive the best possible experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries.
* Promote a culture of Zero Harm by adhering to safety standards and contributing to a safe work environment.
* Support business processes by ensuring systems, procedures, and tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.
* Assist in resolving order or delivery issues by liaising with other departments.
* Champion the Lysaght brand by upholding our Customer Service Charter and brand behaviours.
* Identify sales opportunities through proactive and enthusiastic customer engagement.
About You
You're a team player who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You're organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with customers and colleagues alike.
You'll bring:
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role (manufacturing or industrial background ideal).
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
* Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
