**Position Overview**
Schramm is seeking a Storeperson to join our Welshpool team. This full-time role is responsible for warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain high housekeeping standards within the warehouse and stores.
- Ensure timely unloading of incoming parts, components, and consumables.
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack goods for dispatch.
- Assist with scheduled stocktakes.
- Monitor and report low stock levels of consumables.
- Ensure sales orders are dispatched according to company procedures and client requirements.
- Coordinate couriers and transport to ensure timely and cost-effective freight operations.
**Competences and Skills**:
- Minimum three years' experience in a logistics, stores, or warehouse role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Current LF/Forklift ticket.
- Previous experience in stock management.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including climbing stairs and ladders.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
