About the Role
As a result of our ongoing success, we're seeking an experienced Property Valuer to step into the role of Residential Zone Manager within our Ballarat Division.
You'll support the Residential Director, guide the local team, meet targets, and deliver quality valuations – all while upholding HTW's values and standards.
The main responsibilities of the Residential Zone Manager role are:
* Conduct valuations, prepare and submit reports within stipulated time frame and according to agreed format and standards
* Oversee quality assurance by checking valuation reports
* Provide support and guidance on an area of expertise to team members and other valuers across the business
* Assist the Director with the implementation of plans, policies, strategies and budget for the growth and profitability of the service line
* Attend performance meetings to improve the performance of the service line and ensure compliance with service level agreements
* Provide guidance and support to Assistant Valuers.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the following criteria:
* Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification with a minimum of five years' experience.
* API Membership, Certificate of Compliance, and Risk Management Certificate.
* Proven experience completing property valuations.
* Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised and efficient.
* Ability to work within tight timelines and under pressure.
* Team player with a positive outlook.
