Position Overview
Community Youth Officer – Level6, responsible for implementing and coordinating Target120, a collaborative early intervention program aimed at supporting at‐risk young people and their families across the Perth metropolitan area, Broom, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie and Bunbury.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate client intake, support planning and service provision for Target120 clients.
* Serve as the key interface between government agencies, community service organisations and the local community, enhancing access to supports and services.
* Convene and maintain relevant local governance groups and report to the Target120 project team.
