H2O Pty Ltd - We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team and provide essential support across administration, procurement and MYOB data entry. The successful applicant will get exposure to multiple sectors which include rural/agricultural bores, mining, defence and government, geotechnical investigations, pump testing and environmental work.
This initially is a temporary casual role starting Early September for a period of 2 - 3 months but could lead to a full time position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the office and field team. Will include weekly post office runs, stationary and office supplies when required.
Source quotes, place orders, delivery timelines and manage supplier relationships.
Assist with tender preparation, information and formatting.
MYOB data entry and basic account maintenance.
Filing, document management and scheduling.
What We are looking for:
Previous experience in a similar admin/procurement role.
Experience with MYOB (or similar accounting software).
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (Strong Excel skills will be an advantage).
Effective organisational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and time management.
Experience in drilling/construction/water infrastructure (An advantage but not essential).
