Are you a skilled junior legal professional with a passion for workplace relations and safety? We're looking for a Junior Workplace Relations & Safety Lawyer under partner supervision.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on employment law, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety matters
* Represent clients in workplace disputes, investigations, and litigated proceedings
* Draft legal documents, contracts, and policies
* Stay ahead of legal developments and provide proactive guidance to clients across diverse industries
Skills & Experience
* CVs accepted from candidates with a range of experience from Graduate to 3 years PAE
* Previous experience in workplace relations and safety law is desirable
* Proficiency in MS365 and adaptability to new systems and technology
* Experience using Actionstep highly advantageous
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* A client-focused approach with a keen attention to detail
