About the Role
As Head of Primary, you will be a key member of the College Leadership Team, working closely with the Principal to bring the College's vision to life from Prep to Year 6. You will provide educational, pastoral and operational leadership of the Primary School, leading a committed team of educators and support staff. Central to the role is building and sustaining a healthy, united culture while ensuring strong learning outcomes, student wellbeing and alignment with the College's vision and values.

What You Will Bring
* Current QCT registration and relevant tertiary qualifications in Education, Educational Leadership or a related field
* A strong understanding of contemporary pedagogy and curriculum leadership
* The ability to analyse data and use insights to inform decision‐making
* Sound knowledge of child safeguarding and student wellbeing practices
* Demonstrated success in improving teaching and learning outcomes
* Experience contributing to strategic planning and leading school improvement initiatives
* A clear and active commitment to your Christian faith, lived out through involvement in a local church community
