Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a respected civil contractor delivering water, wastewater, pipelines and pump station projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland. They have an experienced leadership team, strong systems in place and a healthy secured pipeline of work. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint a Senior Project Engineer. Why This Role?

You’ll be responsible for: Supporting end-to-end delivery of utilities projects Managing planning, programming and cost control Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers Driving quality, safety and environmental compliance Providing technical support to Supervisors and site crews Managing client and stakeholder relationships Contributing to procurement and contract administration This role suits someone proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused, someone who enjoys being close to delivery while still influencing the bigger picture. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer (utilities highly regarded) Strong background in pipelines, water/wastewater or civil infrastructure Sound understanding of contracts, cost control and project planning Ability to coordinate teams and drive program outcomes Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills A hands‑on approach with a genuine interest in project delivery What’s On Offer
