About The Role
The Early Parenting Centre (EPC), based in Lucas, is a dedicated facility supporting mothers, fathers, carers, families, and children up to four years of age. Grampians Early Parenting Centre delivers a comprehensive range of services through a nurse‐led, multidisciplinary care team, focused on strengthening parent–child relationships and supporting families to achieve their parenting goals. A part‐time opportunity is available for afternoon shifts to meet the operational needs of the service.
Key Responsibilities
* Reception duties and first‐point‐of‐contact support
* Patient registration and admissions
* Processing discharges
* Accurate recording of patient movements
* Providing general administrative support to enhance the patient experience
Skills & Experience
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
* Adaptability and openness to change
* High‐level computer skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Demonstrated proficiency across a range of computer applications
