About The Roles
We are seeking two dynamic and experienced Business Managers to join our team in part-time roles. These positions are being offered on a Permanent Part-Time basis.
Business Manager – Human Resources: This role focuses on leading and managing the school's human resource functions, including workforce planning, staff management, and compliance.
Business Manager – Finance & Facilities: This role focuses on overseeing the school's financial operations and facilities management, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and maintained.

* Proven ability to manage human, financial, and physical resources effectively.
* High-level organisational and communication skills to meet strict deadlines and deliver results.
* The ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and collaboratively as part of a team.
A strong track record of leadership and resource management is essential. You will also need exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges is highly valued. A passion for contributing to the success of a school community is also required.
