The Role
This is a field-based Centre Sales Representative (CSR) role where you'll:
* Manage an established B2B territory focused on mining, engineering, construction, and industrial clients
* Conduct onsite sales visits
* Perform product consultations, build relationships, and identify new sales opportunities
* Deliver container stock counts at key customer sites — checking inventory and coordinating replenishment (counts done monthly or 3x monthly depending on site)
* Liaise with internal teams on quoting, order processing, and CRM reporting
* Key Territory & Client Profile You'll be working with clients across sectors such as:Mining & Drilling (zinc, copper, silver, lead), Fabrication, Engineering, Transport & Logistics, Construction, Civil, Power Generation & Water Utilities
The Candidate
* This could be a great role for a candidate fresh out of university who is looking for their first shot in a B2B sales role.
* Alternatively, you may be working in a retail sales environment and are now looking for your first shot at B2B sales
* You might be working in hospitality and are now looking to progress into a corporate position.
* Potential candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to problem-solve and solution-sell is vital.
* Seeking someone who is self-motivated, well organised and resilient. You will driven by achieving success and making excellent money.
* You will be rewarded with a competitive package with a base salary of up to $60-70k + FMV + Super + Laptop + Bonus.
