Role Overview
This role focuses on supporting the dignity, independence, and well‐being of our clients through personalised care, companionship, and practical assistance. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and comfortable accompanying clients on outings and travel.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
* Provide companionship, meaningful conversation, and social engagement
* Prepare and assist with meals according to dietary needs
* Perform light household duties including cleaning, laundry, and organising
* Confidently accompany and transport clients to appointments, social outings, and errands
* Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well‐being
* Work collaboratively with the My Companionship team to follow care plans
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a similar caregiving role
* Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance and a valid driver's licence
* Confidence in driving and travelling with clients
* First Aid Certification
* National Police Check
* Full working rights in Australia

Schedule
* Monday to Friday (morning and afternoon shifts)
