Job Description
* Prepare monthly group management accounts, including property, hospitality and corporate entities
* Deliver monthly P&L analysis and insights for senior stakeholders
* Manage working capital requirements and ensure funding obligations are met
* Perform month‐end close activities including accruals, prepayments, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations
* Coordinate monthly reforecasting and distribution of management reports
* Lead preparation of annual budgets and year‐end reporting packs
* Liaise with external accountants on tax, compliance and statutory matters
* Prepare quarterly BAS and monthly payroll tax returns
* Partner with operational teams to support day‐to‐day finance queries
* Maintain fixed asset registers and support capex tracking
* Liaise with external auditors, advisors and financiers, including covenant monitoring
* Act as systems super‐user across core property and reporting platforms
* Drive process improvements and system enhancements
* Mentor and develop junior finance team members
The Successful Applicant
* CA or CPA qualified with approximately 10+ years' experience
* Strong technical accounting and group reporting capability
* Background in property, funds or multi‐entity environments is essential
* Advanced Excel skills with a proactive, hands‐on approach
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable working across complex structures including trusts and joint ventures
* Professional, results‐driven and high‐integrity mindset
