A rapidly scaling Aussie-based AI SaaS start-up, backed by experienced founders and already partnered with major enterprise clients is searching for a high-performing BDR / Account Executive to join the team.
This is not a typical sales role. You'll be selling a breakthrough AI automation and intelligence platform that's transforming how businesses operate. As one of the early commercial hires, you'll play a defining role in shaping the sales engine, go-to-market approach, and the long-term success in Australia and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing
* Own the complete sales cycle from outbound prospecting to final close
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline across mid-market and enterprise clients
* Deliver compelling product demos showcasing the power of an AI platform
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
* Collaborate with marketing, founders and product teams to sharpen messaging and GTM strategy
* Become a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through AI-led digital transformation
* Help shape the commercial culture and processes of a fast-moving start-up
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years of experience in tech sales / SaaS (BDR, AE or similar)
* Proven success running end-to-end sales cycles and closing net-new business
* Strong outbound and pipeline-building capability
* High energy, self-driven and comfortable operating with start-up pace and autonomy
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
* A commercially curious mindset and passion for AI-driven innovation
