Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site Customer Service Agent role based in Cairns, QLD. The Customer Service Agent will handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries by phone and email, provide information about Flick's pest control and hygiene services, and assist customers with bookings, scheduling, and service follow‐ups. The role involves resolving customer issues promptly, coordinating with technicians and branch staff to ensure smooth service delivery, and updating customer records accurately in internal systems. The Customer Service Agent will also support billing queries, maintain high levels of professionalism in every interaction, and contribute to a positive, safety‐focused team environment.
Qualifications
* Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to manage enquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
* Ability to contribute to high Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through clear communication, empathy, and problem‐solving.
* Experience working in Customer Service Representative or similar roles in contact centers, administration, or service-based environments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident phone etiquette and professional email writing.
* Competence in using CRM or booking systems, and basic proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work on‐site in Cairns, QLD, collaborate effectively in a team, and uphold safety and quality standards.
* Previous experience in trades, facilities, or service industries is an advantage; relevant certificates or training in customer service are beneficial.
