We're looking for a human, honest Office Manager to join our team.

Location

Loganholme HQ (with three national offices).

Responsibilities

You'll work with the Managing Director, Bookkeeper, Receptionist, and other team members. Your duties include:

* Office management
* Financial administration and payroll oversight
* Onboarding administration for new employees
* IT support coordination via MSP
* Liaising with external accountants and IT support
* Reviewing financial reports

You will oversee all these functions, supported by the Receptionist, Bookkeeper, and external accountants.

Qualifications
* Commercial acumen
* Experience managing at least one other person
* Bookkeeping or finance admin experience
* Confidence using Xero
* Professionalism and discretion
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Experience in HR, office operations, onboarding, payroll, or IT coordination is a plus

* You have a background in bookkeeping, accounting or finance and become a Swiss‐Army knife of business administration.

* You feel energized by completing tasks and systemising repetitive work.
* You prefer working in a founder‐led or family‐run business where decisions can be made quickly.
* You get energy from helping others and finishing things; consider yourself a loyal finisher.
* You avoid roles that feel like reinventing the wheel or being a cheerleader for unmotivated people.
* You are humble and open to continuous learning.
