Responsibilities
* Business Development & Growth – proactively identify, create, and convert new business opportunities; build and execute a high-quality, active pipeline; own the full sales cycle through to commercial close; build and expand relationships across operational, commercial, and executive stakeholders; engage confidently with C-suite and senior decision-makers; lead commercially focused discussions aligned to business outcomes; challenge customer thinking and introduce new approaches; effectively manage expectations, timelines, and commercial positioning.
* Future Technology & Solution Selling – drive adoption of RFID, analytics, and integrated solutions; position offerings within broader business transformation and value creation; translate technical capability into clear commercial and operational value.
* Account Management & Growth – own and execute account strategies for assigned customers; balance new business development with account growth responsibilities; identify and progress opportunities to expand solution footprint.
* Sales Discipline & Accountability – maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy; ensure every opportunity has clear value, defined next step, active progression; operate within a structured cadence (weekly pipeline review, account planning); take full ownership of revenue outcomes, not just activity.
* Industry & Commercial Mindset – develop strong understanding of retail operations, loss prevention and shrink, store and customer environments; position solutions in both security and commercial value contexts.
* Market Presence & Execution – travel as required to engage customers and advance opportunities; maximize value from customer meetings, events, and trade shows; execute disciplined follow‐up and conversion activities.
* Executive & Internal Engagement – work directly with the ANZ executive leadership team on strategic priorities and key opportunities; provide clear visibility on pipeline, customer direction, and growth opportunities; leverage internal technical and operational teams to progress deals; contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development, solution selling, or account growth; track record of building pipeline and closing complex deals
* Experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders
* CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
* Retail technology, analytics, or security background preferred
