About the Role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Administrator to join their team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the department with their daily tasks, helping to maintain an efficient workflow and support various projects to ensure smooth operations.
The Duties
- Support to a team of experienced Property Managers & Agents
- General administrative duties -call answering
- Project work
- Updating CRM & file management
- Office management
- Be the face and voice of the business -Greeting walk‑ins and clients
- Management of social media accounts
- Liaising with all clients and vendors to ensure a smooth operation
- Marketing & Sales support
- Open, close & maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean & tidy at all times
- Ensuring office supplies are well stocked
- Uploading & advertising properties online
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in administration or reception
- Initiative and a passion for the industry
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- High level of care factor and customer service
- Highly efficient negotiation and problem‑solving skills
