The Enterprise Provisioning and Accounts Representative plays a key role in ensuring seamless delivery of enterprise services by accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders across the product and service portfolio, while consistently meeting defined service levels.This role also provides end-to-end support for customer enquiries spanning billing, invoicing, accounts, payments, and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and a consistently high standard of customer experience across every interaction.At Aussie Broadband we believedifferenceis something to celebrate.
