Account Executive, Matterport Sydney

Matterport is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our ambitious, enthusiastic and performance-driven team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled salesperson to be on the front line with your clients, selling solutions and services across AEC, Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Facilities Management, and Hospitality to a range of medium to large customers in the New South Wales, Queensland & the Northern Territories. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a history of winning and exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
* A 360 Seller, being able to generate pipeline, close and support customers post contract close
* Deliver and exceed quarterly targets across the Matterport portfolio, including SaaS, Hardware and Services. This is achieved by selling to clients regularly face to face and via online meetings.
* Key focus on driving New Sales in your territory whilst growing selected existing accounts.
* Generate Pipeline for your territory by prospecting into existing and new targets. You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline
* Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to create a marketing plan to support your territory focusing on Trade shows, Exhibitions, regional events, networking and customer events to drive relationships & pipeline
* Deliver sales, technical presentations & demos to new & existing via both web presentations and on-site presentations
* Be product proficient including being able to demonstrate with our Pro 3 Lidar camera
* Develop strong product knowledge by understanding the Matterport value proposition and benefits to our clients in their respective industries
* Be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of your territory by accurately forecasting weekly, monthly and quarterly numbers using Salesforce and Clari
* Excellent application of other sales tools such as Gong, Groove, Highspot, LinkedIn, Looker
* Be a team player, working across the team of Services, Customer Success, Support and Pre-Sales to ensure we have the right plans to support our customers
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* A proven track record of success, history of achieving sales quotas (SAAS, ACV)
* A minimum of 6 years Field Sales experience across Australia with strong SaaS sales experience closing multiple SaaS multi-year deals
* Able to effectively and successfully complete at least 10-12 customer meetings a week
* Value-based solution selling using ROI and the MEDDPICC sales methodology across mid-market to enterprise deals
* Ability to create and build pipeline against a mid-range sales cycle, which closes within 4-9 months
* Experience serving clients in industries such as Commercial or Residential Real Estate, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Travel & Hospitality, Construction
