As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be on the front line of our revenue growth—working with both existing and potential clients to deliver outstanding service and promote our full product range. This role is key to achieving sales targets across Australia and is perfect for someone who thrives on the phone, builds strong client relationships, and brings a proactive approach to campaigns and territory management.
This role is based at our Melbourne office and reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
You will:
* Drive revenue growth via proactive outbound sales calls, campaigns and quote follow-ups.
* Manage your customer pool through structured call cycles.
* Promote and up-sell our product range through targeted campaigns.
* Log all customer interactions in real-time using our CRM system.
* Collaborate with External Sales teams to identify opportunities and support customer growth.
* Provide administrative support to External Sales, including quoting, product selection, and account setup.
This role is based at our Melbourne office; however, you'll spend a significant amount of time actively engaging with customers across your territory.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* 1 - 2 years' sales experience, ideally in technical or industrial environments.
* Understands industrial automation and sensor technologies—or is keen to learn.
* Holds a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics), a relevant trade qualification, or brings equivalent industry experience.
* Has an excellent phone manner and strong communication skills.
* Is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
