Associate Architect | Design-Led Sydney Studio
We're partnering with a nationally recognised architectural and interior design practice with a global reach and deep local expertise. The Sydney studio specialises in multi-unit residential, seniors living, aged care, commercial, and hospitality projects, delivering end-to-end solutions from masterplanning and architecture through to interiors.
The Sydney studio is boutique and growing, supported by offshore teams who manage documentation and delivery. This structure allows the local team to focus on concept design, DA applications, and client engagement while fostering a strong work-life balance.
Role Overview
We are seeking an
Associate Architect
(~7 years' experience) ready to step into a client-facing, design-led role. You will contribute across all stages of projects, from concept through DA and delivery, working closely with the studio leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Architect looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and contribute to all stages of projects from concept to delivery.
* Develop designs for multi-residential, seniors living, hospitality, and commercial projects.
* Collaborate with consultants, clients, and offshore documentation teams.
* Produce high-quality design documentation using REVIT.
* Ensure projects are delivered to time, budget, and quality expectations.
* Support the growth and culture of the Sydney studio, promoting collaboration and innovation.
About You
* ~7 years' post-graduate architectural experience.
* Strong proficiency in REVIT.
* Design-led with excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Client-focused, commercially aware, and confident presenting to stakeholders.
* Passionate about working in a collaborative, agile studio environment.
