We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.Reporting to the State Manager – Queensland, the main purpose of this role is to grow the Sleep Solutions business across all of the Air Liquide Healthcare clinics and partner locations within an assigned region through increased referrals to the Air Liquide Healthcare sleep offer.This role encompasses business development of the Sleep Solutions business through the building and maintenance of strong relationships with key referrers and other stakeholders involved in sleep solutions within their assigned region, including but not limited to: Sleep Physicians and other Specialists (ENT, Respiratory Physicians),General Practitioners and Allied Health Organisations.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on growing market share and increasing referrals within the sleep marketIdentify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision makers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, R&D, and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsConduct market research to stay abreast of trends and changes in the sleep market and identify potential areas for growthNegotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms and conditionsMaintain accurate records and prepare reports outlining progress towards goalsAre you a MATCH?Tertiary education in business administration, marketing or related fieldProven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industryStrong knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly within the sleep segmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of managementAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skillsKnowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance processes for medical devicesAbout Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
